Our Story

Victory Athletic is the culmination of our team running thousands of miles, competing at the highest levels of collegiate lacrosse, cross-country and track, recovering from many injuries and surgeries, continuing to run marathons and compete on the track, coaching youth sports, high school and adult athletes -- and most importantly, our love of athletics and the desire to improve daily.

Meet the Team

Co-founder & Trainer

Brian McCarthy

Brian was a high school sprinter before moving up to the 400m and 800m at Villanova University. At Villanova, he helped the team win 2 Big East Indoor Championships and 3 Big East Outdoor Team Championships. He has coached youth and high school athletes in multiple sports and currently works with several high school runners to achieve their goals. Brian continues to train daily and competes in Masters races.

Co-founder & Trainer

Jordan Delane

Jordan is an accomplished distance runner, having run 3 marathons (NYC 2018, 2021; Chicago 2019). At Johns Hopkins, she was a 3x National Cross-Country Team Champion and a Senior Captain of the Cross-Country and Track Teams. Jordan continues to train for Marathons and is currently coaching several high school distance runners.
